Tattletales

I've been sick of hearing my kids tell on each other, so I started a Tattletale Book back in March. This way, I don't have to hear the tattles, and it makes the kids think about what they want to tell me from now on. They don't like writing things down, so I don't hear much tattling, I love it! They've filled up a whole book since then...I've decided I'm going to go through it and choose the best tattles and try to post one a day. I have a few that I have chosen to start this out. I'll write their words exactly, and then translate.

March 17th, 2006:

"(insert name here) wot liev me alon. he wot stop beging me four sum hot chedos"
(Insert Name Here) won't leave me alone. He won't stop begging me for some Hot Cheetos.

"(name) and (name) wher playing spin the bodol."
(Name) and (name) were playing Spin the Bottle. (I don't think they really were playing Spin the Bottle, they were just spinning the bottle of water)

"(name) keeps kluking like a chicin."
(Name) keeps clucking like a chicken.


This is just a few of the tattles from the many pages from that day. And we wonder why I'm going insane....
