I'm finally updating

Ok, it's going to be a short one, but I'll update as much as I can (I'm kinda tipsy and I need to go to bed).

My class seems like it will be alright. They're chatterboxes and need to be reminded not to get up and wander, but they're still good kids deep down. I have to come up with some more classroom management things, but I know what I want to do and will be coming up with those plans this weekend. I already have my godmother wanting to come shopping with me and to show me the teaching stores around here.

All in all, I'm loving it here. I love the mountains surrounding me (tonight I walked out of school to see a big pinkish mountain at sunset...AMAZING), and the warm weather (you can tell I'm a newbie to the area at school since I'm the only one in a t-shirt when it's 65 out!). I miss everyone at home, and will very much on Thursday. But, I'm managing it, and I know that I'll be home in less than a month to see everyone!

I promise more tomorrow since I can sleep in on Thursday!!
